The Bigger Basement Hangout

The Neighborhood House Speakeasy runs the length of the basement, and it belongs to your group alone. A bar with lounge seating, a pool table, shuffleboard, a poker table, and video games. The room where the night ends late.

The Paddock, Out Back

About 2,500 square feet of private courtyard with a custom shipping container bar and a covered TV and bar area. Cocktail hour outside, the game on outside, and all of it steps from your suite.

The Chef's Kitchen

A basement kitchen built to feed the whole group at once, with the counter space big meals need and a full coffee station beside it. Breakfast for thirty without a line.

And the whole thing sits downtown.

Whiskey Row, Fourth Street Live, and Louisville's best restaurants are a walk from the front door. Plus a private gated lot for your cars.
