From 1st Street to Your Suite

Your Maiden Suite, Justify (B01), in the basement of A12, ready for a group up to 8. Here is how to find your way in.

The Short Version
  1. Added parking to your stay? Your PIN code opens the vehicle gate.
  2. On foot, by rideshare, or no parking added? Use the man gate on the right. Your PIN code opens it.
  3. Inside the gate, enter the building on the first floor through the West stairwell or West elevator door.
  4. Head down to the basement.
  5. Look for the door sign reading Justify B01.

A12 is a two-story red brick building with limestone trim, on the right side of 1st Street in downtown Louisville. It is directly across the street from the I-65 south Nashville on-ramp.

This is the front of A12 from the street. Head towards the left side of the building with the parking lot. Here you will find the main entrance.

The vehicle gate opens for guests who added parking to their stay. Enter your PIN code at the keypad on the left that is on a pole in the artificial turf to open the car gate. Follow the arrow into the lot beside the building. (This is a one-way parking lot. You will exit out the back into the West Green Alley, where you can turn right or left.)

How to Add Overnight Parking

Overnight parking in the lot is available to add to your stay.

  1. Open your guest folio. The link is at the bottom of every message from us.
  2. Tap Upgrades, then Available Upgrades.
  3. Select Parking. You will also find Late Checkout, Early Check-In, and more options to personalize your stay.
  4. Buying on site? Your PIN code can take up to 20 minutes to go active on the vehicle gate.
  5. Send us a message after you request parking in the guest app to help accelerate the process.

Parking

10 parking spots are available onsite, providing convenient gated parking for guests. Street parking is available nearby, and overnight parking garages sit just a few blocks away.

A Level 2 J1772 EV charger with a dedicated EV spot is available in the lot. Tesla owners can use their included J1772 adapter.

Arriving by rideshare, on foot, or without parking added? The man gate is on the right side of the vehicle gate, closest to the building. Enter your PIN code at the keypad to open it. It is the same PIN code that opens your suite.

Building entry is on the first floor. Head through the West stairwell (left) or West elevator door. The East stairwell is the one on the right.

Turn left out of the basement stairwell and elevator lobby room. Continue through this door to reach your suite, Justify.

The basement corridor is The Provisions Hall, shared with other guests of the property. It holds ice and vending, washers and dryers, a coffee station, and a secured bag drop closet. The Maiden Suites have no in-suite kitchen.

The Neighborhood House Speakeasy

The NHS Speakeasy + Game Room sits behind a hidden door off The Provisions Hall. It is a common area on a posted schedule, and a private reservation is available to add to your stay for exclusive access.

The outdoor courtyard on the west side is The Paddock, with a custom-built shipping container bar and game yard. It is a common area on a posted schedule, and a private reservation is available to add to your stay for exclusive access.

The elevator floor is set with pennies around the A12 mark. It serves both floors and the basement.
