From 1st Street to Your Suites
Follow the photos below in order. You will be inside in a couple of minutes.
Arriving on 1st Street
A12 is a two-story red brick building with limestone trim, on the right side of 1st Street in downtown Louisville. It is directly across the street from the I-65 south Nashville on-ramp.
Look for the brick building with a tree in the plaza
This is the front of A12 from the street. Head towards the left side of the building with the parking lot. Here you will find the main entrance.
Pull into onsite parking
The vehicle gate opens for guests who added parking to their stay. Enter your PIN code at the keypad on the left that is on a pole in the artificial turf to open the car gate. Follow the arrow into the lot beside the building. (This is a one-way parking lot. You will exit out the back into the West Green Alley, where you can turn right or left.)
Overnight parking in the lot is available to add to your stay.
- Open your guest folio. The link is at the bottom of every message from us.
- Tap Upgrades, then Available Upgrades.
- Select Parking. You will also find Late Checkout, Early Check-In, and more options to personalize your stay.
- Buying on site? Your PIN code can take up to 20 minutes to go active on the vehicle gate.
- Send us a message after you request parking in the guest app to help accelerate the process.
10 parking spots are available onsite, providing convenient gated parking for guests. Street parking is available nearby, and overnight parking garages sit just a few blocks away.
A Level 2 J1772 EV charger with a dedicated EV spot is available in the lot. Tesla owners can use their included J1772 adapter.
On foot? Use the man gate
Arriving by rideshare, on foot, or without parking added? The man gate is on the right side of the vehicle gate, closest to the building. Enter your PIN code at the keypad to open it. It is the same PIN code that opens your suite.
Enter on the first floor
Building entry is on the first floor. Head through the West stairwell (left) or West elevator door. The East stairwell is the one on the right.
The West Stairwell
From the first-floor entry, take the West Stairwell to reach your suites.
Your main-floor suites
Assault (110) and Sir Barton (120) sit side by side on the Lower floor. They connect through an interior door.
Inside Assault (110)
Step inside Assault (110). Your private kitchen island and dining area sit just past the door; the bedrooms and bathrooms are down the hallway.
Inside Sir Barton (120)
Step inside Sir Barton (120). This is the Vendome Suite. Your private kitchen island and dining area sit just past the door; the bedrooms and bathrooms are down the hallway.
Then Up to the Upper Floor
Head up the West Stairwell
Follow the West Stairwell up to the second floor.
The glass door at the top
Go through the glass door at the top of the West Stairwell.
Your upper-floor suites
Whirlaway (210) and Count Fleet (220) sit side by side on the Upper floor. They connect through an interior door.
